ingredients (2 Pers.)
2 handfuls of organic baby leafs (asia mix)
1 bunch of radishes
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, olive oil
pinch of salt, pepper (freshly ground)
squeeze of lemon juice
zest of one lemon
Wash and plastering radishes. Cut off leaves and roots. Cut them into slices.
Wash the lettuce leaves and plastering. Give together with the radish slices in a large bowl.
Onion and garlic finely chopped and whisk together with vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and the lemonzests. Taste and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Toss the dressing gently under the salad.
